Working in collaboration with the property developer & Mayfair Town and Country, Herringbone were asked to create a sales brochure for a new development of flats in Kew Gardens, North Somerset. The property, formerly a pair of grand Victorian semi-detached houses, have been converted into a stunning collection of contemporary 1&2 bedroom apartments.

Whilst maintaining the new Mayfair branding throughout, we added a design feature unique to the development and focused the content on lifestyle, which would appeal to the target market.

Overall the look is elegant and refined and lets the quality of the development shine through.
