As part of the brand re-positioning of Mayfair Town & Country, our task was to create a newspaper advertising template to be used across multiple papers with a variety of different layout combinations to enable the individual branches to adapt them accordingly each week, whilst ensuring visually they remain within brand guidelines.

Not only did the templates need to accomodate the variety of property layouts, but also a number of customised advertising fillers which vary in size and layout month on month.

In the style of the new branding, a less is more approach was taken for the design of the newspaper adverts – the result is very clean, contemporary and easy to read and does not try to compete with the over-use of bright colours and oversized text that many estate agents choose to use.
